I am a digital product manager who is passionate about building products that solve problems, from the ambitious ones to the small ones and everything in between.
I've worked in various industries since I was 17 - Advertising & PR, Oil & Gas, FMCG, Live Events, Retail Banking, Amusement & Leisure, Hospitality Loyalty, and most recently Aviation Loyalty. My current role at Emirates allows me to leverage my passion for Loyalty to solve complex problems for both B2C loyalty at Skywards & B2B Loyalty with Business Rewards.
My previous role as Director of E-commerce Applications at GHA encouraged me to work on my tech & project management skills. I took a step back from actively working in 2019 and completed a Diploma in Product Management. I believe product management gives me the perfect space to leverage my experience in e-commerce, Loyalty & Marketing over the last 10 years to build better & lasting digital user experiences that translate to business success.

What I'm working on
I currently work for Emirates Airlines as a Technical Product Owner where I refine revenue-boosting & member-activating features for Skywards, Business Rewards & Customer Affairs to deliver YoY profit growth of the overall airline of 62% in 2023. I help maintain a healthy backlog by slicing features into deliverable user stories for 2 teams of 25+ engineers to power several Loyalty functionalities.
